Sunset through Raindrops
...wordplays, notes and other thoughts...
Yours, Mine, Ours -
Rea L. Ginsberg, LCSW-C, ACSW, BCD
From the Archives of the Universe,
Sun, Earth, the secret service of Water, Green Shoots,
and the Kingdom of Human Compassion.
If I can put one whit of rosy sunset into the life of any man or woman or child,
I shall feel that I have worked a wonder.
The most incredible thing about miracles is that they happen.
Sunset is still my favorite color.
Smile at the departing Sun; dawn is in the Plan.
One touch of Nature makes the whole world kin.
With sun, rain, and fertile ground, gardens grow. In every flower, a friend.
Let the rain sing you a lullaby;
Melody is the true goal of music - pitch and rhythm; peace repaired.
Bed is too small for my tiredness; give me a tree topped with leaves.
Trees talk; listen; only in silence can you hear.
The essence of presence is listening, respect and humility - essential to connection.
Mother trees nurture their young and send messages of wisdom; kinship.
Invisible, indivisible...curiouser and curiouser...resilient.
The power of imagination makes us infinite.
How long is forever? Sometimes, just one second.
Sometimes we never know what we want till we find it.
Forgiveness holds hope of healing, ways of peace.
Changing the present could change the past and future.
Nature has taught us...that the impossible is probable.
In Wildness is the Preservation of the World.
Every season serves a purpose.
Touch the earth, bow deeply, connect; we are not alone.
Hear. / Speak for the trees.
Forest bathing builds wellness.
See the greatness in small things;
A word of kindness can transcend great difference and transform a life.
Compassion is nature's harmonious blend of colors - internalized.
Nature is not a place to visit; it is home.

Rachel Carson (ending quote)
Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts. There is something infinitely healing in the repeated refrains of nature -- the assurance that dawn comes after night, and spring after winter.
